STEPPING OUT ON FAITH

Congrats. I'm also a newbie and my advise is to figure out the strategies you're using,surround yourself with positive people, make contacts in the field and GO FOR IT! I starting to focus on wholesaling, and although there are many other investors out there, I know there is a niche for the both of us to create real estate succcess. You can do it.

Thats a lot of Us I've been trying to Invest for the past 2-3 years after buying deans Books . I'm still trying but i'm also stepping out on Good faith.

If you've researched it!! and you believe it!! then you have the ground work done.

Not sure whether you are wholesaling or rehabbing....however, the best advice I can give you is to hit the ground running. Don't get caught in the learning web that most folks fall victim to. Some read it and still don't believe it, they ask too many questions, read to many different books and buy to many different courses and never get squat done!

Develop a strategy that works and stick to it. The best way to learn in this business it by doing and only by DOING. Sure, you will make mistakes, but
Ive found that mistakes early on, will be the very lessons that make you rich in the future, as you learn to never repeat them.
