Hope everyone is have great fun with real estate investments. I am a property investor from London. my business partner and I came across Dean's system and was very exited to take our business to the next level in America. We have a nice property portfolio in UK. But the stuff that Dean is talking is totally different to what we do in UK.
I would like to know how could we start doing these stuff from London.
Please feel free to give us some ideas's and contacts if there is any that would help us to kick start the portfolio building work in US.

Hi Diva. I'd like to follow this thread also as I am doing a similar project only I'm from Canada. I have direct flights to Phoenix and can be there in 3-4 hours, no jet lag. You have a substantially longer trip and time change.
I asked the same question a few months back. The simple answer is to have a team on the ground in your chosen area to do the legwork. Simple but not easy. I am working on such a team right now although again I can be on an airplane and down there in a few hours if I need to follow up on a deal.
Lets see what some of the other members have to say as well.

Its great to hear from you. I did think of that but again managing a team from here and following up is going to be a bit challenging. I am also trying to contact some of Dean's best students who have a great team and sourcing properties.
I would like even to do a joint venture with them.
