i dont see why these contracts on DG.com shouldnt work in CA, i might be wrong though.. Someone on this website might have used them in California?

These forms here are pretty generic.
I recommend going to http://www.ilrg.com/ and you can find forms that are state specific.
You can also go to somewhere like Staples and may be able to find forms that are specific to your state.

hey Karen(: ya we live like 10-15min away Edgar is my REI partner its good that he asked about contracts lol because i was about to. So these contracts are about the same in every state? Its just that we are beginning and dont really have the $1500 it takes for a Attorney in our area to make us some purchase agreements, assignments and so on.. thansk for the link.
