Hello DG Family,
I wanted to know if any of you know what % of CMA and % of asking means on a pro-forma? I know that a CMA is a Current Market Analysis. What numbers am I supposed to put in there? Thanks in advance: )
with gratitude

In the re glossary in my sig a CMA is a Comparative Market Analysis which we know as Comps.
The % of asking/CMA price would be what it says. My take on that would be how much the asking/CMA price is in relation to the offer price. For example, a $70,000 offer would be 70% of an asking price of $100,000.
So you would enter the percentage of respective prices that it's asking for.
It's asking if there's a premium or discount to those respective values.
Using the previous example of the offer price, if it were $110,000 that would be 110% of the asking price of $100,000.
I hope I didn't end up confusing you even more
