I was talking to a realtor about getting listings and she sent the above in return. I have little to no money available. How do I answer this without letting her know I want to wholesale or assign the deal? I don't want to give away that I'm a newbie looking for my first deal.

Thanks Drew i had the same question. I met with two realtors today and thats exactly what one of them said, he said that he needs to see a PROOF OF FUNDS LETTER before he can make any offers.
I had one question about using these free POF. Is their a fee for using these if the property closes or?
