hey dg family tomorrow we are doing a lease option deal...we hope. The seller is wanting us to find him a buyer who is willing to pay 700-750 a month and have a deposit. We called some of our tenant buyers and have about 2 that are serious about buying the home. The tenant buyers are willing to put down up to 4000 down and pay a little more than the average rent near by. We are planning to do a sandwhich lease or maybe just a lease option fee? my question is what contracts should i use and what questions and such should i disclose to both seller and buyer? Thanks in advanced

Have you done a deal like this before? I'm trying to educate myself about lease options myself. Maybe this bump will help you. Anyway, what other similar deals have you done so far? Maybe you could borrow some of your knowledge from those deals, not sure.

So I called the tenant buyers and they're told ne that they are going to drive by the property and then they will let me know if they are still interested. I'm suppose to call them tomorrow morning so.hopefully they like it.(:
