i need to study contracts,lease options...does anyone know of a site that i can go to to learn about these contracts...all advice welcome...

as a source for documents for you to review and study. You can find forms and documents on this site at the following spot http://www.deangraziosi.com/resources/real-estate-forms You can also do a simple google search for a specific document and come up with thousands of results which will include hundreds of examples. Some documents even have wiki pages that will teach you about them. Hope that helps.
