You can even do Generic POF letters
Disadvantage
Monthly subscription
In my opinion www.linksourcemanagement.com/innercircle is the best route to go
they have a $90 a month montly subscription
though if you sign up and use

Thanks for sharing this great tip. I'm currently using www.besttransactionfunding.com to get my pof funds which I use when making offers thru my 5 agents which I'm using. Since I cant afford to open up an llc right now I'm focusing more on assignment of contract and lease option.

....a TON. Number 3. Definitely seems most worthwhile, especially w/ a coupon code! Can't tell you how many times a realtor has said, "the bank will NOT do the deal without a verification of funds". Which is extremely frustrating when trying to get that first deal if a lender charges $500.00 for one.
