OfflineOk everyone, here's the story for me.
I may have just found my first buyer tonight! So I wanted to see:
1) If assignments are legal in my state (CA)?
2) Can anyone give me a contract, point me in the direction of someone who has one, or tell me how to get one drafted cheaply? I only have about $500 to work with.
3) Basically, now that I may have a buyer, how do I get him a house quickly?

Hi Michelle keep adding to your buyers list( how serious is this buyer and what is he or she looking for) look under student resources left side of Deans sign in page, theres alot of info on this site go over all of it, read the books Dean has, check this site out it has lots of info, get with a REI club there in your area, there are DGers from here from CA ask for help in finding one( Club) in your area look for REI Clubs,go to google, google them for your state they will come up. You have every thing here on Deans program to get started, it takes work, must study, put time into it, this is no get rick quick business.Much success, sincerely, Jim

Don't take short cut with your education here. It will kill your credibility with investor and sellers quicker than the government can put new taxes into law.. House ,contract, buyer, contract, sold contact...cash out or let them step into your contract for a fee. That's it..There are other ways but this keep it real simple for the first one...Good luck NOW GO GET SOME
