The REA also told me that they rejected another offer of 85k so what they are saying is they want 100k for a shell of a house I mean still after rehabing it you could still make a nice profit but im not going that high unless someone is backing me. Keep that property on the back burner and check on it in about one month to see if it was purchased,if not resubmitt an offer slightly lower.If it has been on the market for a while they they are going to have to accept a lower offer to get it off thier hands.

We just spoke on the phone and I'm convinced that this house isn't over for us just yet. As other people have said, just put in an offer again, we'll see what happens in the future. Banks are very day-to-day. Keep me posted on that 6-plex we were talking about. We can definitely do some things together.

So what are you thinking about the doty house? I have a list of great deals in front of me I forgot to ask what specifics you are looking for in a Property?
Such as How much equity are you looking for in a house? How much cash flow? Do you want to deal with tenants? Just basics... I really would love to do something together so I could put a couple properties under my belt and some money in my pocket.LOL Talk to you soon.
