California Assignment / Purchase Contracts

I am in the process to of getting all of my contracts in order and I looked at the forms section for the purchase agreement. I probably should have a lawyer look at the purchase agreement and any other document. However that will cost money and not to mention time.

So I am looking for someone who has expierence with California assignment contracts and would be willing to give me a copy of what they use. I know there are some disclosures required for California when you purchase a property (this is what I need help with). You can PM me so we can exchane contact information.

I know there are a lot of California investors out there that would not mind helping. I am also willing to purchase (reasonable) all of the contracts involved with purchasing and assigning a contract.
