Contract 4 deed reassignment?

I'd like to know that answer, too. My GUESS - it's only a guess - is that after you take possession via the contract for deed you can rent it out for more definitely. Reassigning it though - not sure. Reassignments usually occur when you don't take possession, where you just lock up the property for 30 to 60 while you search for a buyer and kickout if you can't find one. So in this case, you're now the new owner - the deed is in your name - who just took over the sellers payments on their loan.

I say keep the property and collect the monthly rent.
