OfflineI was at my new attorney’s office having him go over my contracts (from the site) to make sure everything was okay for my state. He’s a REI attorney but I had to explain a few times about assignments. He got it after that but he strongly suggest to me that I use my company name and/or assigns instead of my name and/or assigns. Something to do about piercing the corporate veil. Legalities separating me from my corporation. Does this sound about right?. Any thoughts here would be greatly appreciated. I just notice that mostly everyone is using their name rather than business name. Thanks

if you're going to acquire the properties using your LLC than by all means do what your attorney has advised you to do. Its because you don't want someone coming after your personal assets vs business assets if you were to go to litigation (court).
