lease options

lease options

Hi. all, first time for an entry so bare with me. Have been along for the ride since Mar. this year and , well just haven't done squat. But since getting the "Gain the Edge" program have decided to go with Lease Options as Greg Murphy has done. It seems the best for me at this time. Questions being - I've set up a date with an Attorney and want to make sure my time is used efficiently, what questions would best be asked of him and are there contracts in Dean's course that would cover these transactions that I could bring with me to show?? Also if by going out and finding these homes by use of flyers again as Greg Murphy did how then will your agent feel , it's like your not using him, or are you? Will they become defensive?
Thanks for your time and hopefully answers -
Greg you out there - %^)

lease options

There are sample lease and option forms on this website. Under the Student Resources on the left, click "Forms and Docs". The attorney may need to amend them if your state has specific requirements. The first thing you need to focus on is to build a list of "buyers" to whom you can lease and option the properties you find. The "buyer's list" will help you identify the type of property that will be in demand and what your buyer will be willing to pay for their lease/ option. If the agent is handling the lease for the owner/seller you can work through the real estate agent. In many cases you will be working directly with the owners and the agent will not be involved. Flyers are good methods to find buyers and sellers.
