I'm going out this weekend to look for fsbo and also targeting the bandit signs for we buy houses..What steps should i take once i have both pieces of information. I'm stuck! Is this assinging contracts? Do i make a offer to them and then sell it to the other person who wants to buy?
Is there a precentage i need to follow? I'm ready but stuck. How do i profit from this?

Aharris,
Just go out and find some properties and signs first. Look for FSBOs and vacant homes and look for the "We Buy Houses" signs. Don't worry about what you're going to do next until you come to that bridge. Just go for it for now!

I casually drove around our city yesterday while my wife had our daughter at therapy and I found seven FSBO`S. Most of them looked decent on the outside but who knows what the inside looks like. I`m thinking of teaming up with my son-in-law and starting to do some deals together. His wife is pregnant and due in 2 months and needs some extra cash since she is on bed rest and can`t work. We need to line up some buyers before proceeding though.
Ken,
Did you see any I/We Buy Houses signs? Also, go into Craigslist for your area, look under real estate services and starting contacting the ads of investors who say "We Buy Houses" on there. I got six buyers just in one day on there!

Aharris,
You're welcome! Have you had any success yet? I do try to get my buyers lined up beforehand, but sometimes you find a property that doesn't yet meet the criteria of the buyers you already have. Don't let that stop you from getting the property. If it's a good enough deal, you can find a buyer for the deal, that is if you are going to assign it. With an assignment, you're getting the property under contract for a certain length of time during which you get your end buyer in place. But if you don't have one, you have no money in the deal and you are at no risk, neither is the seller. Hope this helps.
