OfflineAny investors in the State of Texas familiar with house bill 1823. Makes it very difficult to do a LOP deal. Any help will be appreciated. My RE say's the TREC can get nasty with investors.

Lease with option to purchase
The Real Estate Agents I deal with know about me wanting to go this way in all the offers I make along with just owner financing to as an option they have never said anything about the house bill 1823 but I will ask them about this one and see what they say or know about it. I also found this link about the bill as well you can read too http://www.legis.state.tx.us/tlodocs/79R/billtext/html/HB01823F.HTM and you can also read this one in a real estate forum also as how one can get around the bill to like trying to do owner financing but there is another way listed on this site too
