Ok im attempting to begin my in assigning I've got signs made website etc and evry time I try to jump in i get scarred because of something ive heard. I talked to a real estate atttorney in my area and he was telling me about transfer tax and its scary. hes saying ill be responsible for transfer tax for the transfer from the seller to me and then from me to the buyer can someone break this down so I can understand more? hes saying if i dont address it in the ront the owner will get a lean on the property for the unpaid tax. I need help understanding all of this can someone give me a breakdown?

I am not an attorney, however, you have to understand that all attorneys are not created equal. I would recommend finding another real estate attorney as what one will tell you can be refuted by the first one. What the first attorney told sound ****. Get a referral from your local REIA for a second opinion.
