i want to buy a property how can i find a partner

hello my name is jojobrown,and i know this woman in Gary indiana who wants to sell her four houses for 60.000 and one of them is rented oocupied at 500 per month,i would love to buy them myself but i have know money,and she is very negotiable now.and so if anyone is interested in parterning with me or give me some tips on how to find an investor that would like check out these propertys thank you.jojobrown.
