Question of the day for the help I need.
How can I find out if the forums on Deans web pg will work here in MN, without hiring a lawyer?
Without trying to get so much spam on advertising, what is the NUMBER ONE WAY TO ATTRACT BUYERS? And the fastest.
Want to put a packet together for Buyers With questions to ask of them and FORUMS that I would need to have them.
Same for Sellers, home owners, and agents. Question that would give me better understanding from each type of prospect. Would there be a different list for each of these. Questions to ask FORUMS I need for them
Anything else you may ask and say that work well for you.
Please just past the question and then your response. What you may ask and the paper work you use or a pg in the book to help me put things together for my packet.

I'm sorry but that's not exactly the answer I'm looking for. New to this and hoping to get a little bit more information then just go look in at forums and doc. More interested what if any does anybody have a packet they put together for them self that covers Buyers and Sellers? As a new investor, I hope there is more then just bringing a forum to the table to entice your buyers or sellers. And I would think that depending on the state you live in weather these forums and doc, would work here in MN. I ask again is there anybody out that that can give me some good advice Please?
