OfflineI came across seller who just finished remodeling her house and she wants to sell it. the House is 160,000 and is a big house, I am sure it has a lot of equity. The problem is that i don't want to move that far to live in the house. Can someone help me if alternative of what to do to still benefit and profit from this house? It as colonial house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge yard. Thanks for the help

You could do an Assignment of Contract. That strategy is when you find a great deal, assess the property for rehab costs, negotiate the offer and once the offer is accepted find another end buyer (which is normally an investor) to assign it to.
