OfflineI came across seller who just finished remodeling her house and she wants to sell it. the House is 160,000 and is a big house, I am sure it has a lot of equity. The problem is that i don't want to move that far to live in the house. Can someone help me if alternative of what to do to still benefit and profit from this house? It as colonial house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge yard. Thanks for the help

It looks like she fix houses to sell them, she wants to get the money she put in the house back it looks like. The house worth 275, I don't know if I should assign or rent it.
