I realize this is an older post however if something that comes up all the time. One of the best ways to find an investor friendly Atty. Is by a referral. Just like when you needed in your dentist are maybe a Doctor you always ask family members or a friend first before you run out and blindly searching for one. So what I would recommend is to contact your buyers, agents and anyone else that you have, crossed and ask them first. Another great way of finding the E real estate investor friendly Atty. is too just simply go to a real estate investment club. I’ve never been to a club that didn’t have one.
