Just a quick question as to exactly which form would be correct to use with a seller who's agreed to pay me $3000 per property if I found him a buyer(kinda birddogging backwards I guess)? He's asked me over tomorrow to give me the specs and let me take photos of the properties to advertise for him. So exactly which contract should I have him sign for me to secure my payment at closing?
