Official Arizona state real estate forms

Official Arizona state real estate forms

Hello All.
Working on the assignment of contract strategy. Where do we find official Arizona state forms? Already searched these forums.
Also we are in the academy. They sent us Proptrend software but in the "Assignment of contract" part of the training they are using Property Pro software. Is Proptrend a new and improved PropPro or a new stand alone? Thank you.

I wanted to answer this

I wanted to answer this question goes I do have some knowledge on this. First of all PropTrend is a E software that allows you to find information on properties at the county level. Property pro is used for property management mainly. But you can use PropTrend for that as well and actually a lot more things. If you need help utilizing it and you can go to www.PROPTREND.com and review the training lessons. There’s also a phone number where you can get answers to your questions.

Now is far it is the contracts that you are looking for, you can simply use the same contracts that your real estate agent can provide. You may not have an agent so I would go to www.GOOGLE.com And simply do a search. I know if you really want to find a hardcopy you can simply go to an Office Depot for OfficeMax and they have hard copies that you can use however you should not have to do that because the contracts are all over the Internet. You also bring up the assignment of contract. Now with the assignment of contract there will not be a state approved form, you can use anything that you find and it will be allowed as long as all parties have signed.

Are you working with an AZ RE Agent?

If neither the buyer or seller is represented by an agent you usually do not need to use state sponsored forms and you could just use a general form such as those offered in the forms and docs section of this website. If you are working with an agent they will be obligated to use the state sponsored forms and should be ready, willing and able to provide them for you, review them with you and fill them out for you if asked. Hope that helps.

good answer Dan

Dvorkink is exactly correct. If you found a FSBO then just use a general contract otherwise with agents they will provide the state approved contract. you will have to use the contracts the agents have because they will not accept anything else anyway.
If you want a state approved contract then just talk to the agents or title companies and see if they can give you a blank one.
I dont know if they will do that all the time but I have had my agents send me blank REPC's (real estate purchase contracts)
