Hi,
How is your search going? Touching bases with you as I am looking to build a similar team. As far as good contractors are concerned, I don't know any personally but was thinking of starting off asking around at Home Depot or Lowes. A REIA meeting might be a good start for all other leads. Have you researched and or attended any? Also if I can ask, what type of business are you building.

Ive bee nlearning some amazing stategies, if you have and leads or deals but no buyer i would definitely love to partenr of with you and split profits. Sorry for delay, been away from forum, but wow! Sounds like you're doing really well and that we're headed in a common direction as far as building a wholesaling business is concerned. Right now, I'm building a buying team, so yes, if you're able to help give any insight or reference, that would be helpful. In fact, I'm in the process of piecing together a possible deal and may need buying support soon! I plan on attending the closet REI club to me, "Capital City" in Northeast area, very soon in order to connect with more buyers.
As far as a lender/funding resource, check out Coastal-Funding for starters, they specialize in wholesale and creative real estate transactions: http://www.coastal-funding.com/ They are virtually based but fund in all 50 states, they also refer title companies who may also be "investor friendly." yea ive been away from the site for awhile but hey thanks for the support, I've learned to make sure you build a relationship with your buyers and make sure they're real "cash" investors, hey by the way how close is that city to columbia, sc and what is business like for you any progress, have you made any deals?
