Hey everyone I figured I share a way I learned on how to find a perfect RE agent or should I say, the RE agent would find you. Are you guys familiar with Trulia.com. Well Trulia.com is somewhat like zillow but I think its better, because you can create an account and profile, also ask qeustions and get answers from experts,RE agents or local people on the network. Well If you create a profile and go to where it says questions and answers, click there and create a question and choose the location you want your question to be seen in. Well when writing the question you are gonna simply say "Are there any investor friendly agents in ________ (fill in the blank with your city), or surrounding towns that wouldn't mind making low ball offers". Just like that. I used this strategy 3 times and I had many agents leave me comments with their numbers and info. Give them a call and give them your criteria and see who's your rock star agent. I hope this helps whoever has a hard time finding the perfect agent to work with.
