Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement

My REA wants me to sign an exclusive agreement with her to give me a listing of all the cash buyers last month. Is this normally required?????

I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO SIGN IT !!!!!!

YOU DON'T WANT TO BE TIED TO ONE REA. when others bring you deals then that agent gets a cut of the commish because you signed an exclusive and she didnt even have to do any work for it. also you need the last 90 120 days (CASH SOLDS) NOT CASH BUYERS THEY WONT WANT TO REVEAL THAT.

you want a listing of all the properties that sold for cash in the last 90 120 days.
