FInding a realestate agent

Hi, my name is Nick and i just started reading 30 days to real estate cash blueprint , and im having trouble with the 24 hr recorded message to direct and find a real estate agent. what do i say in the recorded message? is there a script?i have the material to direct the agents to the recorded message i just dont know what to say on it.I found a couple scripts on the website but it wasnt towards finding an agent . If someone can help i would greatly appreciate it ! thank you.
