Anyone worked with Capital Homes?

During the last 48 hours, I've suddenly had multiple people approach me about a wholesale deal I have, but they want to split my fee in order to present the deal to a Michigan group called Capital Homes LLC.

Has anyone sold a property to them? Did you have a good experience?

I'm not really excited about splitting my fee, but it's a bird in the hand ...
