My name is Bill, I finished reading and listening to Deans book "Be A Real Estate Millionair" I can't wait to do my first deal. I have put together a small team of people so far. I found a couple of Investors through Craigslist(was quite suprised how fast the contacted me). I feel like I have one of the best Realtors willing to work with me who understands exactly what I want to do. I have gotten a couple of pre forclosure reports, althought I am not sure on exactly how to go about contacting the owners. I really want to get a couple of properties locked up to assign to one of the investors to kind of give me that kick in the pants. I know that once I do one deal I will want to do another and another.
If anyone has any sugestions for a new investor I am all ears. My goal is to have a deal in the works or even done by the 1st of January.
