I have a deep question, Me and buddy (fellow dg'er) are using each others energy to push forwards and make results happen for 2013 !
My question is, we want to start together in one area, The stage that we are at is finding an agent, Should we both find 2 different agents in the one town or keep one agent together.
If we got 2 agents will this benefit us in anyway?or it more of a down fall?
If we only got 1 agent, who will be the representer, who will sign the buyers agreement...?
What do you guys think, btw we are following the 30 day cash ; ) Day 1-5 as of now
