I turned 25 a few weeks ago, i go to school full time and currently have two jobs, life is a little crazy and its wasnt what i expect.

My good friend told me about This site and he's always excited when he talks about so i decided to give it a try, I bought the book "be a real estate millionaire " and i loved the information (currently up to chapter 5) and would like to continue learning.

I strongly believe in forums and the good they can could bring, my friends motivation is becoming my motivation, so here we go to learning on top of being a student and 2 jobs !! lol
