I've been back and forth in NJ and CT and I can't find a mentor or someone who needs an intern for real estate investing. I am actively searching and anyone interested in working with a 21 year college student who is determined to get deals done should email or call me. My email address is imanifestmyowndestiny@**** and my phone number is (862) 621 9124. I am persistent, focused and serious about real estate investing. Thank you for your time

One great way to obtain a mentor is to first be an apprentice.
Here's what I mean:
Contact real estate agents, investment clubs, etc to find active real estate investors. Then contact as many of them as you can until at least one of them agrees to the following:
"I will work 3 hours per week for you {or whatever number of hours you want to commit to} for FREE. I just want to be able to watch you and talk with you as you go through your investment process".
Your work for them may include doing physical labor like helping on the actual rehab portion, or it could be making phone calls, or it could be putting out bandit signs, etc. But, it will give you real life experience, and help you to develop solid relationships as long as you live up to your commitment.
The idea is to get as much knowledge and experience as possible, while showing yourself to be a person of integrity and perseverance.
Hope this helps,
Stephan Roberts

Here is a FREE property analyzer I've found:

It's a great tool to use to help analyze your deals (and did I mention it's FREE)! But, you really should spend the $97 and get the full premium edition! IT'S AWESOME!!
