i plan on starting with the assignment of contracts..
When you have time, ask about using a standard purchase and sale agreement when you are not able to actually purchase the property. i know i have to put and or/assigns, but is that on the regular purchase and sale agreement contract? Maybe ask if their are any legal issues using the standard purchase and sale contract. Maybe they ran into the same problems as we are? are there are any legal issues with using the standard purchase and sale contract when you actually cannot buy the property. Also, laws are different from state to state, so will that affect this as well?
