Also, if you're looking for a mentor, and you say you are motivated and eager to learn, I recommend that you first read DG's books (more than once, pick any or all), and that you read some threads on this site that have great information. DG's book '30 Days to RE Cash' is a step by step guide on wholesaling; once you educate yourself, you will have some knowledge under your belt, and then other investors may be interested in mentoring/partnering with you...
