I am New Here i got one of Deans Book i always get his Emails didnt Really Pay that much attention to them until today.i Need help Getting started.ive done a Little investing in the Rental Arena And want to Build from there any help in Gladly greatful.

Hi, am a newbie too and am also reading Deans book about wholesaling, I already have an investor and an agent but need guidance in pulling this off. They say you have to read and be positive but it would be nice to get some kind of help from the VETS.

To get started

What would be best for people just starting out with the business is to start with wholesaling.
That is a way to get started with none of your own money and very little risk.

The best thing to do to get started down that path is start finding investors.
we will find and talk to investors to see what type of things they are buying.
get the details of what would be a good deal for them and then you will go out and do the leg work to find properties.

you will locate and negotiate the deals for the investors. Once we tie it up with a contract we will then talk to the investors to see if they want to buy the property. At that point we can assign or in other words sell the contract to them and you will get paid!!!
