I am a D G member and I have some buyers in the Florida as well as ive spent many early morning hours searching internet for phone numbers for buyers as well as agents .
I had a cash buyer here locally that I wanted to flip it and he has put me on hold till the fall .
Also I have a partner in Atlanta Georgia with 9 property that all need repair s for 155,480 cash deal .
7 of them are great fixer uppers 2 a # 3 arrears =poor neighbourhoods .
