Many times, we do things either out of inspiration or desperation. I'm getting back into RE investing out of desperation and am wondering where I start? Can someone out there guide me on what I need to do to "reset" things I learned a year or so ago and set me on the correct path?
Should the 30 days to quick cash still be followed, are the same bandit signs still applicable, etc. etc. I want to start out right, but am not sure what applies and has changed with this shifting market.

Yes the market has shifted and prices are heading higher, but you will still get started in the same direction.
The first thing you will need to do is find and qualify investors to find properties for. There is a lot of information on this site about finding buyers. Those forums are a great place to start.
The book 30 days to quick cash is still great information to follow.
