Step by Step questions to ask your buyers at first

Hi,

I have read a lot of posts on here and have bits and pieces of this question answered but no real list on how the "pros" on here do it so that they sound professional, seeing that I would assume first impressions with the "buyers/investors" means a lot.

We have yet to start our "list", we'd like to have a booklet next to the phone with the list on it to be able to run down it when talking with them to be sure to get all the information we need from them, as we get more experienced the list would no longer be needed but until them it would help save us from calling them back to get more information or ask for things that we missed the first time:)

We are totally new to REI so please forgive us if we ask more "simplistic" questions, I know there will be a lot more to come:)
