NOW IS THE TIME! It is only Day # 4 of 2014! - Make everyday from today forward COUNT!!!

Let 2013 out the window (out with the old and in with the new) and open the door to 2014. This year can be different if you take the time, do the right things and commit to yourself. We want to wish everyone a very happy, healthy new year. 2014 will be a year of new beginnings for all that believe it to be.

So, here is your challange (if you choose to accept it):

1. Pick a Real Estate Strategy you will start to do in 2014. Then...Perfect it! Be the absolute best you can at it in your local area. Blow the competition out of the water and get every competitive advantage to succeed with your strategy!

Tip: This should be easy and here are some suggestions for you to consider. If you do not have money or do not have access to any money, focus on Wholesaling (Bird Dog, Assignment or Double Close) and building a Buyer's List. If you do have money or access to money focus on any real estate stratgey you want such as Buy, fix and flip, Rentals, Wholeslaing, etc.

2. Pick the location or area you will use the strategy. Make it your area. Canvess and cover that area like a blanket with ads, fliers, bandit signs. OWN THE AREA!!!!
Tip: Best to start closer to your home then go farther out from your home base.

That can be a key to success, it is a simple one...... Here is the formula: 1 - 1
