Post Auction Sales? TAXES

Need help on Post auction sales or homes that are being sold for taxes, plus what one will bid over tax amount owed.

Question 1? How much to bid over tax amount? Assuming it will vary, but some guideline?

Question 2? Says will be issued a limited warranty deed, but that title insurance generally cannot be purchased on the basis of a limited warranty deed alone. Is this a problem in reselling?

Question 3? Does not gurantee title either? Problem I supposed, so is this too riskY?

Question 4? How do you check for other liens on the home?

Question #5 It says to thrououghly research the home, but they give no address and it is not listed on the county website under the parcel # either, how to get the addy?

Guess not many people experienced in this

I did find out that in my area the reason there was no addresses was that there was no structure on the land. Only one of the five I chose had an addy.
