I for one think it's great!!!! Just to give you an example, I called the coaches about a short sale I was trying to do and the coach spent nearly an hour on the phone with me! She gave me TONS on information and walked me through it step by step. Although the deal fell through (they had multiple leins, bankrupsy etc)I now have the information I need if I ever do a short sale. It was great! I have called the coaches on several occations and never had to wait on the phone, there are there for YOU! Yes, there are others on this site that haven't used it, but it's a lot of bang for the buck in my opinion! Good luck, whatever you decide...and Welcome to the DG FAMILY!!!!
