I'm currently rereading it and am doing the first homework assignment by posting a message in a forum. I was looking for a forum for wholesaling, but didn't see a specific place for it, which is why I'm posting a general message here.

Hello and welcome..... I have not posted ghost ads as of yet but in regards to specific forums when you go to the home page right under the search bar (below Dean's face) there is a tab called real estate forums which goes more specific to what you are trying to research
