This past monday I went to a county Court house and I was waiting outside the court room doors
Is it okay to go in the court room when property is being sold even if I am not going to buy?
Usually I scope out who are buyers and approach them

Please take this the way I am meaning it, in a good way. Maybe that stickler part of you is what is holding you back. You seem to know what to do. Push through it. Your limits are self imposed. Go in the damn courtroom!!! Or as Gena posted, "Get on the rocketship already!"
