We've been taught not to tell our agent that we're wholesaling properties! If you tell them that we're seeking only Cash Buyes, doesn't that send a message that I may be trying to wholesale the properties? What response do I give if i'm asked that question (am I wholesaling)?

Tell them you are looking for PROPERTIES that have sold for cash to determine investor activity in certain areas of the city.
Thanks TRSD! That makes sense because most investors will probably pay cash for properties. What if you live in an area where there are not that many houses being purchased? Most of the people there either bought their houses a long time ago or they rent. How do u get Comps?

I have a land contract with my property, I recently started my own LLC. My question is how do I change my property out of my name and put it in my business name.
I need to know the best way to handle my situation. I have a property under contract and I have someone in it it still need repair but my credit is bad so I can't get a loan and every company I see on line wants money up front and over the phone which I believe to be a scam. What should I do.
