OfflineHi guys, this is my first post, hehe, I purchased the Edge 2015 course and noticed that Matt Larson kept referring to another program "4 weeks to freedom" that has more depth into fundemental questions etc...
I'm new and I just wanted know if the begginners class on the Edge 2015 is sufficient or if I would benefit from buying the "4 weeks to freedom" course?
I'm not even sure where to buy the course or if it's for sale at the moment.
To all of Dean's Staff and Dean himself, thanks for everything! I have been watching the Edge 2015 relentlessly, and I feel the only thing that I can't do right now as a begginner doing his first wholesale is find a consistant buyer, I have all I need to find Comps, do a quick Rehab Estimate etc.. truely fantastic stuff!!
With all that said can someone point me in the right direction to get the "4 Weeks to Freedom" course, can I get a discount since I bought the Edge 2015? ;P

from what I understand, Matt's 4 week class is to do flips and holds. If you're new to investing, I would advice that you learn wholesaling first. The Edge 2015 is not really a course; it's a replay of the annual event that Dean does in Arizona; don't get me wrong, it is an amazing event, full of great information from Dean's top students and other speakers, but it is not a step by step course for new investors.
The best tool to learn wholesaling is Dean's book, "30 Days to Cash in RE"; the book is like a footprint on the steps to wholesaling. You can get the book for free on this site- look at the top right corner?
There's also an online course that Matt did on Wholesaling, I believe a year or couple of years ago? I'm not sure if they still have it for sale, but you may want to inquire with customer service... that was an amazing course on wholesaling.
