I am reading Dean's book "30 days to real estate cash." I am at the part in the book where i'm supposed to call a bunch of real estate agents and determine which ones are a good match to work with me. The thought of having to call them is making me very nervous and even a bit scared. I'm terrified and I don't know why. I am afraid that they will ask me questions that are not in the script and I won't know what to say or how to answer their questions. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do to get over this irrational fear? Please any help or advice would be welcome.

Anita your not the first one with those feelings we all had them.Maybe set your goals and what you want to do and where you want to start.Ask for a realtor who works with investors ( they know what we do and they even do it to) or some one starting out that are not set in there ways and only do certain Realestate deals ( like high end properties for example)and are willing to try something new and learn( win-win for everyone).Set down and think what you want to do and where you want to start( like single families in hot resell areas, starter homes)and a good Realtor will know what your talking about and if not keep looking to you find those that do.You have to get in the water either little by little( tippie toe or jump in)you have to get wet and the quicker the better thats how we learn, your having growing pains, we all do, your not alone but thats how we get things done and grow.Follow that book step by step and you will get off and running, much success, Jim ( go over this site as well there is tons of info and dont be scared to ask us for help)

Jims got this one nailed down! After you first meet the realtor your just going to talk about what you are looking for, most of it will be by phone, email or text. They will send you everything by email, face to face is only when you want to look at a prop.
You can do it
