hi just to let you know I have been succesful in obtaining other wholesalers emails/ph #'s & agreement with them for them to send me their deals they cant move n we will split them 50/50 since I have 100 buyers for south cali and i live in san diego.
had a va compile the list from google/craigslist from ads 'we buy houses' etc list of about 75 n from there mass emailed them with offer, have about 12 all over so cal sending me deals now. hevent gotten from a deal from them but have done about half of my 11 deals co wholesale so i do believe in it.
my other buddy ryan is killing it he made 60k in the 2nd quarter by co wholesaling C- duplexes/sfr's in Indy after watching 4 weeks to freedom from matt larson! it's true cuz im his buddy n i can verify! he's about to make 26k from another deal(from a mailer not co wholesale:) but so what right lol.
anyways thought i'd share that w/everybody. Ps me n ryan are going to dean/matt's mastermind in Iowa in a week n will be meeting Matt at his house along with Dean!!!!!
