OfflineHi guys I have a quick question,,where would I go to find a list of notice of defaults in the IL. area? I have been looking on the peoria county website ,,I have called them and I have no leads,,does anyone know of a place to find them for free on the web? Thanks in advance for any workable suggestions.

If you do a search for preforeclosures/foreclosures, their are several sites that will give you a free trial period before you have to purchase the list. Also Dean's foreclosure alert system is AWESOME and I believe you will also get a free trial period before you will have to pay. Of course, a real estate agent can also help you find the defaults in your area too.
