End run?

So, after consulting with family I have signed up to take RE licensing classes starting next month.

I can think of several advantages this will give me and one in particular that seems like it would be a no brainer.....the question....

If I am a licensed Real estate agent, I can submit my own offers, yes or no?

Yes of course you can present your own offers, you will just have to diclose to the seller that you are an agent.
